چکیده
Background . Recovery of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) was one the most significant achievements clinical oncohematology XX century. Success in treatment ALL became possible due to comprehensive (clinical, morphoimmunological, cytogenetic) diagnostics and development differentiated, risk-adapted protocols. The German group BFM (Berlin–Frankfurt–Munster) a pioneer creating effective programs for ALL. Its new principles approaches allow vast majority patients be cured. aim study – presentation results based on IC-BFM 2002 protocol as part multicenter long standing study. Cost-analysis of Treatment of Pediatrics Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia based on ALL-BFM Protocol
Background Among all pediatric cancers acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is highly prevalent, butthe overall cost of ALL management is not well-known, there is a need to assess the Berlin-Frankfurt-Munster (BFM) protocol commonly used in ALL management in Iran. So, the aim of this study was to estimate direct and indirect costs of ALL treatment among children based on the ALL-BFM protocol from...

متن کاملStudy of Gene Expression Signatures for the Diagnosis of Pediatric Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) Through Gene Expression Array Analyses
Background: Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) as the most common malignancy in children is associated with high mortality and significant relapse. Currently, the non-invasive diagnosis of pediatric ALL is a main challenge in the early detection of patients. In the present study, a systems biology approach was used through network-based analysis to identify the key candidate genes related to AL...
